CANCELLATION POLICY

Eildon Yoga understands that life can be a bit unpredictable, and “the best laid plans” often get waylaid despite your commitment to coming to class: these things happen. Eildon Yoga is a tiny wee, sole trader who also has commitments in relation to venue hire, provision of equipment, professional insurance and professional development. Therefore to support Eildon Yoga’s commitment to developing a yoga community, practice and service the following should be noted in relation to having to cancel/change a booked class:

Re-Scheduling Classes

You can reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class if necessary. Please use the “reschedule class” link in your booking confirmation email and email reminders. No refunds are given. All classes are non-transferable. If there is no suitable date, or the class is full, get in touch and arrangements can be made to get you booked in on the next available class.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel your booking, please use the Cancel Booking in your booking confirmation: Eildon Yoga will do it’s best to ensure you can reschedule any classes you need to.

Exceptions

There are always “exceptions to every rule” and Eildon Yoga will always respond openly, fairly and transparently with any situations such as genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances if you need to cancel a class, please get in touch directly and we can discuss!
